Just like it was meant to be. Back in the day high quality used to be the standard, nowadays it’s rare and exclusive.
The bread we make is based on sourdough. We use a long fermentation process. This gives the bread a fuller aroma, the bread is also longer-sustainable and is more digestible and tender.
All the breads we make are made from French flour. This French flour is called Minoterie Girardeau.
