Are you interested in the origin of our special ingredients and would you like to learn even more about the traditional preparation? Then you are welcome during our workshops. We take you step-by-step during the preparation, share information with you and answer your questions about the technique. You will also learn about the materials we used and you will learn to recognize quality. From raw material to the luxury end product: during a workshop we reveal all secrets.
Would you like to experience what it is like to work in a real bakery? Come and prepare the best macarons, croissants or patisserie during an educational workshop. The workshops of Water & Meel are given in a professional bakery in Amersfoort. The space is equipped with all the comforts and we have modern equipment. You will learn about the recipe, the right ingredients and the preparation. Depending on the type of workshop, different techniques are discussed, for example folding puff pastry and making the perfect protein foam.
We currently offer the following workshops:

The workshops are accessible to everyone and suitable for every level.
